T V is the German abbreviation of "Technical Supervision Association".

家电产品认证工程师 Project Engineer of Household Application

Responsibilities

*Responsible for the household appliance safety certification, such as air-conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine / toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, vaccum cleaner, iron, room heater etc.

*Analyzing the testing results, discussing with clients for necessary improvements

Requirements

*Bachelor degree or above in electrical or electronic technology or refrigeration technology

*At least 2 years designing or testing working experience in the field of electrical or electronic equipment

*Experience of the product safety certification will be a plus

*Able to understand and communicate with clients professionally

*Excellent written and oral communication skill in English

Project Engineer-Mechanical Products Group

Responsibility

-Responsible for the mechanical products certification

-Analyzing the testing results, discussing with clients for necessary improvements

Requirement

-Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering

-1-2 years working experience in related products design, project development

-Experience of the product safety certification will be a plus

-Able to understand and communicate with clients professionally

-Good command of English and computer skills

零部件产品认证工程师 Project Engineer-Component Group

Responsibilities
Responsible for the components certification, such as low-voltage devices, automatic control device, small power supply, etc.
Analyzing the testing results, discussing with clients for necessary improvements

Requirement
Bachelor degree or above in electrical & electronic engineering
1-2 years working experience in related products design, project development
Experience of the product safety certification will be a plus
Able to understand and communicate with clients

Fluent in German

Project Engineer - IET Group

Responsibilities:

*Supportive to Manager and other staffs

*Handling of assigned projects

*Review of test reports as qualified technical certifier

*Communicate with and keep clients

Requirements:

*Bachelor degree & Specialized in electronic technology or related subject

*With related work experiences

*With a level of knowledge of technical standards(IEC 60950 or IEC 60065)

*Good in English

*With representable image

*Teamwork spirit.Able to work under pressure

*Well-communicated

Project Engineer-Power Tool & Garden Tool Group

Responsibility

-Responsible for the power tool & garden tool products certification

Test Engineer

1 Purpose

This document describes the work of a Test Engineer (TE) at TUV Rheinland (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.and which tasks and duties in general this job implies.

2 Job summary

Executing laboratory-based test performances in all conscience and in accordance with the from the client postulated requirements and applicable work instructions.

3 Roles and responsibilities

Responsible within the organisational structure of TUV Rheinland (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. to assist in coordinating the activities within the regarding labaratory. The holder of the position is responsible for supporting the staff members for project management.

Other responsibilities are:

The correct scheduling of customer orders, marking and conditioning the samples

The customer management (understanding the needs of his customers) within the scope of orders

Laboratory-based test performances in all conscience and in accordance with from the client postulated requirements

The complete documentation and traceability of the services as rendered within the scope of orders, for confidentiality within the scope of orders and test results

The correctness and plausibility of the test results and the information as reported in the test reports, certificates, etc.

Work place organisation

Participation in improving processes and work procedures

Planning of equipment goods (proposing them to the Head of Product Testing)

Participation within project groups (on demand)

Participation (on demand) in meetings (for example, internal meetings), interacts within decision-making processes and cares for implementing those decisions.

Writing test reports

Get Inspector Certificate from CIQ (Company will charge test engineer the registration and exam fee from the third time for taking the exam and disciplinary actions are carried out after fail the examination).




4 Job specifications or qualifications

Education background: at least junior college. Specialized subject should be Electr. Household Appliance. He or she could deal with kitchenware and foodstuff and should be interested in European Products and the grasp for European Quality.

One or two years of work experience in the above mentioned field is an advantage

Foreign languages: Oral and writing knowledge of English is essential

Application-oriented computer literacy (MS-Office)

Positive attitude

Friendly manners, self-assured behaviors, skilled and fluent in negotiations

Open-minded and interactive, communicative personality

The holder of the position shall interact well within a team environment, willing to travel and able to work under pressure

Pass an inspectors exam
Remark: Exam is hold by CIQ and is required only by Chinese employees
