行政人员

职位描述：

1. 负责办事处的行政事宜

2. 负责办事处的会议安排、预约及差旅（机票+酒店预订）

3. 负责电话转接 / 前台接待

4. 负责邮件分发与收寄

5. 负责印制名片及公司宣传图集

6. 负责翻译工作

7. 负责办公用品采购

8. 为HR提供支持（简历筛选及面试、企业名录更新等）

9. 完成部门领导安排的其他任务

职位需求：

1. 大学本科毕业（专业不限）

2. 具备行政经验者优先（实习经验亦可）

3. 外文听、说、读、写流利（英文和德文）

4. Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件操作熟练

5. 注重细节

6. 具备乐观的工作态度（任何工作都能完成）

7. 具备团队精神，工作积极主动

8. 适应压力工作

工作时间：

周一至周五全天（全职）

Administrator

Main Responsibilities:- Perform administrative duties in support of regional office

- Arrange meetings, appointments and trips
- Answer and transfer phones/Receptionist
- Distribute mail

- Print name cards/Company Flyers

- Translation

- Purchase office materials

- Provide HR support, such as interview coordination, directory list updating, tracking forms compiling, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Relevant experience in office administration role would be a plus
- Good command of both written and oral German and English
- Capable of operating MS office, especially Excel, PPT and Word
- Pay attention to details
- Agile with "can do" attitude
- Team-spirited and self-motivated
- Willing to work under pressure and deadline
