Job Description:

This Product Engineer (SDME) takes the product ownership inside supply chain for the software and data system, and is responsible for managing product operation performance, redesigning product to enhance performance, developing manufacturing and test process for new products, and providing technical support to ensure day to day business operation to meet customer needs and drive continuous quality improvement, cost reduction and on time delivery etc.
The primary duties and responsibilities will be
Define software and learning product for manufactured products
Define, validate configuration and integration of DataSystem computer solutions
Create Engineering Change Order to implement new/modification of product structure in SAP
Design and create software manufacture loading tool and recovery solution
Plan and schedule production builds with manufacturing vendors
Manage products to full production. Responsible for sustaining, effective, and efficient manufacturing production process
Lead or participate in projects to investigate and implement new manufacturing technologies, processes, and improvement
Plan, lead, and implement DataSystem rollout for LSCA products

Qualifications:

1.BS or MS in computer science, engineering, information technology or other related fields
2.Ability to learn very quickly and produce accurate deliverables
3.Strong knowledge in PC and workstation technology, OS, configuration, imaging, deployment, and recovery
4.Good at script programming, DOS and WIL (Windows Interface Language) programming.

2034612：Test Development Engineer （要求计算机背景）

Job Description:

This engineer is responsible for the development, enhancement and implementation of various manufacturing software solutions to insure and improve the product quality and production efficiency.

The primary duties and responsibilities will be
1.Develop test software platform: With a deep understanding of the company product testing strategy, work together with other test engineers as an architect to develop test software platform a common test program shell solution by using the latest software technologies.
2. Develop test software for new product: Design test software application for new product. Provide advice and recommendation to NPI (New Product Introduction) team on test development.
3. Maintain and improve production test software: Analyze the performance, quality and reliability of current test software. Identify improvement opportunities. Recommend new solutions. Plan and implement these solutions to improve test efficiency, utility, quality, and reliability.
4. Develop production support software: Work with product engineers to develop support software tools to improve production efficiency, quality, reliability and cost.

Qualifications:

1.Master degree in computer science or related scientific discipline;
2.Have a deep understanding of Object-oriented concepts in
-Microsoft .Net framework 2.0 or higher
- C# programming
- Windows communication foundation
- XML features
3.Knowledge of web application development with /C# is a plus
4.Knowledge of either electronic or mechanical engineering is a plus

Job Description:

This Product Engineer (Firmware) takes the product ownership inside supply chain for the product and mfg process thereof, and is responsible for managing product operation performance, redesigning product to enhance performance, developing manufacturing and test process for new products, and providing technical support to ensure day to day business operation to meet customer needs and drive continuous quality improvement, cost reduction and on time delivery etc.
The primary duties and responsibilities will be
Redesign product to enhance product performance:
As the product technical owner after release, initialize the product redesign to enhance product features, resolve critical quality issues, optimize product cost structure, improve production efficiency, and so on.
Develop manufacturing and test for new product:
Participate in new product development and responsible for the development of product manufacturing process, assembly fixture/tooling and test system.
Provide technical support to day-to-day product issues:
As the technical owner, provide technical support to all product related issue, which include customer quality issues, production line trouble shooting, product/part/process change validation, etc.
Proactively apply firmware knowledge to day to day work to drive continuous product and process quality improvement, and production

Qualifications:

1. Master degree or equivalent in electrical and/or electronics engineering
2.At least 1 year work experience in multination company developing firmware for embedded system.
3. Solid programming skills in C/C# and assembly language.
4. Strong FPGA programming knowledge and experience.

2037382: Electronic Engineer (Firmware)

Job Description:

1. Assist the engineering management team developing the firmware knowledge transfer and build-up plan. Take the leadership to execute plan to meet or exceed the goal as defined.
2. Learn product firmware knowledge and then proactively apply it to day to day work to drive continuous product and process quality improvement, and production process efficiency increase.
3. Manage the product Firmware lifecycle along with the hardware lifecycle within OF (order fulfillment) to ensure business success.
4. Provide daily production support to ensure the on timely delivery of high quality product. Uses TQC, 6-sigma and DoE methodology to improve productivity of existing testing processes.
5. Participate in New Product Generation project through proactively involving in the new product Firmware developing DFx reviewing process, effectively bridge R&D and mfg engineering to support the needs for test development. Lead the Firmware improvement project to enhance product performance within OF.
6. Lead the firmware transfer process as part of the product transfer project to enable a successful engineering responsibility transfer.
7. Transfer, create and manage product Firmware related documents and information.

Qualifications:

1. Master degree or equivalent in electronic engineering
2. Solid programming skills in C/C# and assembly language.
3. Solid knowledge on both analog and digital electronic circuitry, have circuitry development experience.
4. Excellent skill and knowledge on Firmware and embedded-system development tool such as CodeWarrior
