招聘岗位

1. Assistant Engineer---Firmware Design

Description:

Function: Engineering/ Product Development

Responsibilities: The Firmware Engineer, as a member of the RAE Systems, Inc. REC Firmware Group will be responsible for design, development, and maintenance of embedded applications for products used in rapidly deployable chemical and radiation detection monitors and multi-sensor networks for homeland security and industrial applications.

Architect, design and implement high quality embedded software, using C, assembly and/or embedded RTOS.

Embedded hardware/software feasibility study, prototype design.

Analyze and correct defects found in the firmware.

Engineering documentation.

Qualifications:

BS or above in Engineering or Computer field (EE/CS).

1. 2 years embedded Linux/MCU programming experience.

2. Familiar with embedded C programming on 8/16/32 microcontrollers (Atmel, PIC, MSP430, ARM).

3. Familiar with chip-level and device driver programming.

4. Proven ability of architecture design

5. Experience in schematic design and PCB layout.

Nice to have:

1. Experience in Linux kernel/driver design.

2. Experience in CVS/Subversion.

3. Experience in Bug Tracking System.

4. Familiar with Windows/Linux software programming.

5. Familiar with Industry Control technologies (CAN, Modbus etc.).

6. Familiar with USB, TCP/IP stack.

7. Certification of 《全国计算机技术与软件专业技术资格（水平）考试》

2. Assistant Engineer RF

Responsibilities:

1. Work on wireless sensor network system.

2. Provide RF/antenna design reference to mechanical and hardware groups.

3. Assist engineers to complete design of board schematics and layout.

4. Provide wireless system application support to China marketing.

Requirements:

1. Master degree or above in Communication and Information Engineering or Electronic Engineering

2. Board level RF design/layout experience on T/R switch, LNA, or power amplifier. Antenna design experience is a plus.

3. Understand embedded systems and can write C code

4. RF systems design knowledge or learn about the following communication standards: Zigbee, Bluetooth, RFID, WiFi etc. Knowledge of TCP/IP networking

5. Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills

6. Customer oriented concept

7. Good English writing and fluent speaking

3．Assistant Engineer--Sensor R&D

Responsibilities:

1. To research, develop and improve gas sensors.

2. To provide technology support for sensor users.

3. Duties And Responsibilities:

4. Development of new gas sensors;

5. Feasibility study of new gas detecting technology;

6. Improvement of present gas sensors;

7. Write documents including: feasibility report, test report, evaluation report, verification report, application notes, etc.

8. Communicate with marketing, manufactory group and instrument developing group.

9. Share knowledge with other colleagues.

Qualifications:

1. Master or doctor degree, major in Materials, Application Physics and other related disciplines.

2. Fluent English in speaking and writing, at least CET-6.

3. Be skillful at experiment making and report writing.

4. Good at hardware designing.

5. Good communication and coordination skill.

6. Capability of fast studying new technology.

7. It is better to have firmware or software programming skill.

8. It is better to live in Jiading District or other districts around.

4. Assistant Engineer--- Software Design

Responsibilities:

1. Software engineering projects with VC /C# on MS Windows OS and/or C/C on Linux platform;

2. Work with project leader on software development activities.

Activities:

1. Software Engineering Projects: 60%;

2. Engineering Documentation: 10%;

3. Supporting software tests: 30%.

Qualifications:

1. Major in Computer, Electronics or related;

2. 1~3 years solid experiences in software development in instrument industrial or related;

3. Be familiar with VC /C# on MS Windows OS;

4. Be familiar with Visual Studio 2008 is preferred;

5. Experience in C/C on Linux will be preferred;

5．嵌入式软件开发测试工程师（Firmware Development Engineer in Test）

主要职责：

1、根据项目要求和相关测试标准，制定测试方案和计划，设计测试用例，开发测试自动化程序

2、参与程序代码审查和产品设计的评审，分析缺陷的根本原因

3、参与产品Firmware开发，缺陷修复

4、分析测试OEM产品及第三方产品

岗位要求：

1、具有良好的软件工程知识和技能，理解软件工程的规则，了解计算机编程和操作系统知识

2、具有良好的沟通能力、较强的记忆力、敏锐的洞察力、良好的学习能力及文字表达能力

3、工作勤奋、认真、负责，有耐心，有团队协作精神

4、思路清晰，逻辑思维能力强

5、计算机及相关专业，有一定的英语读写能力

6、二年以上嵌入式软件开发经验及项目经验优先考虑，精通C单片机编程，熟悉MSP430/ARM设计与编程

7、能熟练进行Windows编程

8、有嵌入式软件测试经验者优先
