To effectively manage the end-to-end order process and monitor through delivery and customer receipts ensuring accuracy, timeliness of execution and agreed level of customer service;
To effectively manage the return and refusal process to minimize customer dissatisfaction and avoid financial deductions;
To control the demand management process using system-based tools and functionality to allocate stock to priority customer and/or events;
To network with integration points such as Generating Demand, Sales, Customers and Logistics;
Other tasks requested by line manager.

Knowledge of slaes or customer administration or data analysis;
Experience with order process or customer service;
CET 6 with good English reading comprehension;
Advanced skill of Word, Excel, Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
