Duration: 6 month, able to work 4 days at least per week.

Overview
This role is to improve the quality and reliability of Polycom products by developing and maintaining test automation system, tools and scripts. The automation engineer also provide support to the QA and development team in order to improve the ease of test automation implementation and increase automation coverage for mainline and maintenance release.

Responsibilities:

--Responsible for daily supportive works for recruitment such as resume screening and interview arrangements

--Support on recruiting events and internal referral promotions

--Manage documentation such as personnel files to make sure all data is filled accurately and timely

--Support HR team to make sure data collection is complete

--Generate and provide data reports based on request

--Coordinate employee activities per request

--Expense application, accrual and follow-up

Education Background required:

--Bachelor degree, majored in Human Resources, English or Computer science

Skill Required:

--At least 3 months Intern experiences in HR especially in Recruitment

--Good at Microsoft office such as word, excel

--Good communication and organization skills

--Good English Reading & Writing

--Creative, active and carefulness
