职位描述： Responsibilities: Contribute to Design, implement and carry out experiments to evaluate research results for our new digital media solution. Research and develop solutions to challenging problems in the following one or several areas: machine learning, information retrieval, data mining, video coding or natural language processing. Analyze the user / system data to gain insights for improving digital media system and increasing user satisfaction. Formulate high-level questions and analyze data to find answers to those questions. Interact with a large user base to create the best possible media experience. Collaborate with researchers, program managers, software engineers and product designers in an open, creative environment. Qualifications: 1-2 years demonstrated coding skills in Java/C#/C/C or other related programming languages. Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Knowledgeable in at least two of the following areas: statistics, machine learning, data mining, user modeling, information retrieval, computer vision, video coding and natural language processing. Strong ability to apply your mathematical, algorithmic and other expertise to solve real problems. Hands-on approach to data analysis and a strong focus on quality. Independent, energetic, highly technical, and capable of driving for results under pressure and ambiguity. Experience building web-based applications is a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Chinese Mandarin proficiency is required. Education: MS degree or better in Computer Science; PhD degree preferred.
