Position Responsibilities:

Pre-installation phase:

1. Confirm with ending-customers about their information,laboratory condition and installation date.

2. Sourc/dispatch parts as need.

3. Installation information collect and report.

Installation phase:

1. Coordinate with other departments to solve exceptional cases during installation period, escalate issues on time when they are out of control.

After-installation phase:

1. Scan the installation documents,maintain the e-laboratory of this installation projects.

Other:

1. Assist other cases of this project if needed.

2. Assist other cases of SVC admin team if needed.

Position Required:

1. Colleague education and above.

2. Should be accountable and down to earth.

3. Engough patience to focus on details.

4. Good team player.
