职位描述
Job Description:
1. Analyze current structure and optimize this together with company finance and division managers.
2. Ensure simplest and safest approval procedure.
3. Study budget's and KPI structure and align finance procedures.
4. Implement cost and balance control.
5. Finance data collection and cross control
6.Training of designers in budgeting and implemented cost control.
7. Other administrative tasks as relevant for division purpose.
8.Developing account structure and finance setup.
9. Present balanced reports monthly and weekly.
10. Setup and structure division budget.
11. Optimize expense application forms etc.

Person Specification:
1.General knowledge of company accounting and financial structure.
2.General knowledge of cost control and balancing accounts.
3.Administrative abilities (PC excellence).
4.The educational background as accountant or similar,bachelor degree is preferred.
5.Minimum 1-3 years relevant work experience from similar position or qualified talents for internship.

Detailed, Strong collaboration skills, Strong planning skills, Self-motivating, Hard working, pro active, strong analytical abilities, excellent communicational skills in English.
