Position: Sr. J2ee Developer

Location: Xi an

工作职责:

l 根据产品需求进行研究并比较多种J2EE技术的适用性；

l 提出新产品或新模块的J2EE架构设计或架构改进方案，并将方案提交架构设计师和资深技术经理审查；

l 为产品中的复杂功能编写产品开发设计文档；

l 编程，测试并按时按质将项目提交给测试人员；

l 审查其他开发人员的设计文档并给出有价值的建议；

l 审查代码并提出编码规则的改进方案；

l 研究新技术并给开发团队做技术培训。

Responsibility:

l Research and do comparison for multiple J2EE technologies according to product requirement;

l Propose new J2EE architecture or architecture enhancement to new products or new components in existing products, and present the proposal to architect and senior management for review;

l Write design document for complex product features;

l Program, unit test and have handover to QA on time and quality;

l Review others design document and give valuable comments;

l Perform code review and propose for improvement on coding guide;

l Research for new technologies and give training to the team.

人员要求:

l 相关J2EE编程开发经验；

l 有计算机工程/计算机科学博士学位为佳；

l 在J2EE和Web领域有很深的研究和广博的知识，包括Web 2.0架构，Portal/Portlet, Struts/Struts2, Hibernate, Spring, JMS, Jboss tool kit, application servers, WSDL；

l 熟悉软件工程和软件产品开发流程；

l 有多种操作系统上的工作经验，如Linux, Solaris, AIX和 Windows等；

l 有良好的团队协作精神，认真负责、精益求精的工作态度和沟通能力；

l 有很强的英语文档编写能力；

l 有流利的英语口语能力者优先。

Qualification:

l Have J2EE programming experience.

l Prefer to have Ph.D degree on computer engineering or computer science.

l Have in-depth knowledge on J2EE and web technologies, including Web2.0 framework, Portal/Portlet, Struts/Struts2, Hibernate, Spring, JMS, Jboss tool kit, application servers, WSDL.

l Be familiar with software engineering and produce development process.

l Have work experience with multiple OS, e.g. UNIX and Windows.

l Have serious work attitude, good team work and communication skill.

l Good at English reading and writing.

l Prefer to speak English fluently.
