Panalpina Logistics (Wuhan) Ltd is the in-house outsourcing service provider of Panalpina Greater China. Our main activities are data entry and system processing.

In Wuhan we're a newly established organization with vitality and opportunities, in a lively and focused working environment. The right candidate should take the following responsibilities and fulfill requirements as stated:
1. Send shipping advice to overseas stations
2. Interface with subcontractors / internal stakeholders
3. Check shipping documents
4. Documentation processing
5. Invoicing / verification and posting of incoming invoices
6. Follow SOP and quotation / billing instruction
7. Job costing
8. Update Track and Trace systemsTasks

Requirements & Skills
Full time working from Mon to Fri, 6 months services
Prefer degree holder in Logistics, English Major in 2011 or later
Self-organized(prioritize,plan,execute,self-control)
Good communication ability
Good written and spoken in both English and Chinese
