System Support Engineer

Job Description Assist in product testing and documentation for new product releases; Responsible for support of the solutions development by Infrasys; Install and configure the Infrasys products in projects; Provide onsite support / training to customers Requirements Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent; Fresh university graduate or Higher Diploma holder in Computer Studies may also be considered; Knowledge of Network infrastructure, PC, Windows Servers, SQL and Linux; Previous experience in Point-of-Sales systems or supporting Hospitality Software Products would be an advantage; Good command in speaking English, Chinese and Mandarin; and written in English and Chinese; Willing to travel for projects is preferred; Applicants with more experience or higher qualification may be considered for senior position; Immediate available is preferred Apply Method Interested parties please send your full CV with current and expected salary to "recruit_ssd@".
