职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Steer and supervise team's target achievements status & responsible for KPI reportings
- Lead the team and responsible for workload allocation /balance
- Act interdisciplinary with Finance, Controlling & Legal topics etc. which is purchasing process related
- Support Manager and act as stand-in, including budget forecast, and intern recruitment/supervision.
- Influence the procurement of goods and services to achieve the best possible negotiation result by early liaison with specialist departments concerning procurement processes and choice of suppliers (Bidder List Agreement)
- Choose proper purchasing strategy to guarantee the best result
- Identify procurement opportunities in the national as well as international market development
- Identify risks and threats in the national as well as international purchasing environment
- Evaluate the capabilities of existing suppliers for new tasks and develop suppliers with high potential
- Work within BMW global purchasing network to obtain best possible purchasing results, including connection to MG lead buyer
- Responsible for the commodities of Classical advertising agency, Media agency, Event lead agency and Marketing consultancy

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree / graduated in marketing, international trade, business management etc, or relevant education background
- 4-6 Years working experience in purchasing, automotive or marketing area
- Proficient English in both writing and speaking
- Good knowledge of cost analysis
- Good knowledge of legal and tax/duty
- Good knowledge of financial terms for purchasing contracts
- Good skills in MS office. SAP is a plus advantage
- Good at teamwork, especially within intercultural team
