Your job duties will be as follows:

* Work closely with and under line manager in the WOW system support

*Perform research in the talent market, set up target list for each assignment

* WOW management: updating, inputing CV and Job Posting

* Contact candidates and clients

* Assist in job posting, ad content and placement, resume review, candidate screening

* Database management: updating, segmenting, cooperating with relevant data entry team for uploading new CVs and appraisals into Company database

* Involve in arranging for seminars and events

* Assist in scanning of business cards and reformatting into excel reports

* Other admin support assigned by line manager

Intern wanted：2-3 , sophomore or junior is preferred，3 days/week or more is preferred.
Requirements: Excellence in English is a must, patience, high efficiency.
Job Location：Room 1801, Hong Kong New World Plaza, No.300 Huai Hai Road, Shanghai
