CAI Business Indepth Limited, a Hong Kong Company is focused on providing premium China based business information to the global professional investment and money management community.

Research Associate (freelancer)

Responsibilities

Assist Research Analyst in producing in-house propriety research reports and commentaries

Assist in developing state of the art financial platform,

Assist in the overall development of platform services, content management and analyzing the suitability of financial and economic data sources for CAI Information Platform

Assist in developing suitable financial analytics, models and methodology for CAI Information Platform

Work within the research and data team in building a very comprehensive Greater China financial knowledge content and analytics tools

Provide domain specific financial knowledge to the reference database development

Help evaluate third party’s commentary and research reports

Work with the technical team to improve and streamlining the data collection and mapping process

Requirements

Degree in Economics/Business/Finance / Accounting from reputable universities

Postgraduate degree and CFA qualification with at least 2 years’ buy and sell side research experiences gained from investment banks or financial institutes would be highly desirable

Experience in analyzing company, industry and economic data for research publication

Good understanding of China’s financial markets with a broad perspective of global financial markets development

Well verse in investment valuation ratios and models

Ability to work in a cross-disciplinary team environment

Possess excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
