We are a recruitment specialist in Hong Kong. As a strong team of experienced human resources consultants, we act as a bridge between our clients and candidates, we aim to provide value-added solutions and high quality services to both sides.

Our team is one of the most experienced and professional recruitment teams in the industry, especially the industry in telecommunication, catering, engineering, property development & management and banking & finance. We specialize in the recruitment of marketing and management placements.

MARKETING EVENT COORDINATOR (Fresh Graduate - 12K)
Job Duties:

- Coordinating media tours, marketing events and exhibitions to maximize position public image for our company; press liaison creating press materials

- Implement and coordinate marketing events

- Liaise with internal departments, investor relations firms, events coordinators, investment banks, and other professional advisors on a project-specific and ongoing basis

- Assisting in the preparation of Asian conferences & exhibition

- Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirments:

- Degree or above (Prefer in Marketing or BA field)

- Experience in operation or customer service will be an advantage

- Outgoing, independent, good communication skill

- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Typing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- Immediately available

Working location: Tsim Sha Tsui
