岗位职责：
1、 在主管/顾问指导下通过各种方法（人才库，网站，Cold Call等）完成候选人搜寻工作；
2、 向候选人介绍职位及拿到简历；
3、 安排候选人与顾问面试；
4、 协助顾问安排候选人到客户处面试；
5、 整理猎取总结,总结和完善猎取方法；
6、 平均每月能成功完成至少一个职位,能完成主管分配的工作任务与指标；
7、 把所有客户信息、职位信息、猎取总结与候选人简历等资料整理进入公司系统。
岗位要求：
1、 熟练运用互联网及办公自动化；
2、 主动性强，勤奋，有创造性的思维；
3、 良好的沟通能力以及亲和力；
4、 责任心强，能承受较大工作压力。
