Along with manufacturing we also commercialize a wide range of construction products such as drill bits, abrasives, diamond wheels, sealants, sprays, welding material, safety wear, hand tools, power tools, wood fittings and many other products. Our product portfolio includes more than 40.000 SKU's. Pecol supplies more than 15.000 clients in the industrial, wholesale and mass market channels. Role: Logistics Assistant

Main Responsibilities:

Interaction with suppliers: track order details and monitor supplier production progress status;

Control all export procedures, VAT receipts, shipping documents, etc.;

Contact with forwarders;

Organize consolidation of goods and optimize logistics;

Handling and organizing the accounting/financial information for our Official Accountant;

Other office tasks.

Requirements:

Chinese Citizen;

Excellent English (Verbal and Written);

University Graduate Degree - preferably in International Trade or Logistics;

Fresh Graduate;

Clear understanding of Import/Export procedures, Customs clearance and documentation preparation, logistics;

Accounting skills will be regarded as a plus;

Strong MS Office and Internet skills;

Analytical, pro-active, dynamic and responsible.
