Position: Receptionist (Intern)

Purpose of the Position:

The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that reception and admin services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

General Admin Role:

Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible;

Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages;

Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence;

Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls;

Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies;

EMS/Fedex /DHL receiving and sending management;

Book hotels/flights;

Provide word-processing and secretarial support and other administrative support.

Qualifications

College or above education background;

Fresh graduates are welcomed and people with office related working experience advantage;

Strong analytical skills including the ability to work on details with high level of accuracy and be strong in numeric reasoning;

Ability to work with maintain confidential information and independently;

Good command of computer skills specifically in WORD and EXCEL;

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
