o 通过相关项目执行,协助AM(客户经理)在客户服务,媒体,客户关系管理等多方面领域管理客户与团队
o 了解客户产品的目标受众,并根据客户需求协助AM制定CRM活动策划方案、项目报价
o 根据项目策划方案,项目时间表,独立完成小型项目执行工作
o 能独立理解客户的需求,与客户进行日常沟通,支持客户工作
o 从CRM角度出发,制作客户信息收集表单与电子新闻信IA(信息框架图)
o 分析CRM数据库中用户数据,出具周报、月报
o 与第三方公司进行项目沟通
岗位要求
o 诚信、敬业,杰出的团队合作与服务他人的精神
o 大学本科或以上学历,理工科、商科或市场营销,计算机科学相关专业
o 应届毕业生或1-3年互动CRM或互动广告工作经验
o 熟悉了解数码营销领域及其工作框架者优先考虑
o 有IT或者自动化行业背景者优先考虑
o 优秀的学习能力,具备出色的抗压能力和快速执行能力
o 拥有良好的沟通能力与协作能力
o 具备极强的时间观念和责任感
o 中英文语言能力上佳,优秀的书面和口头表达能力,商业敏锐感
o 熟练操作Microsoft Office技巧
We require several Account Executives to work on some of the world's biggest brands across a varied portfolio of blue-chip clients. Think about it... the winning candidate will develop leading edge integrated communications across interactive, database marketing, CRM, and offline marketing events for some of the world’s most famous brands.
However we're looking for the cream of the crop - genuine marketing talent either straight from college or with up a couple of years experience.
The successful candidate will work as part of the client service/media/CRM team gaining practical experience in account management - including the development of integrated marketing strategies, database management, lead management, software development, project management, implementation & evaluation.
The successful candidate must have embraced a digital lifestyle as well as having a passion for and strong interest in digital marketing and CRM. Interests in automotive industry and passion about cars would be advantageous. He / she must also have exceptional written & verbal communications skills, natural business acumen and an excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
He / she will be required to have an analytical approach and a flawless attention to detail. The ability to work to tight deadlines, handle pressure and thrive in a multi-task environment is essential.
