职位描述
工作目标：
协助部门经理处理人事行政相关事宜。
主要职责：
1. 协助部门经理安排工作日程计划和会议等。
2. 协助部门经理收集汇总各类报表、报告，及时准确地传达部门工作的各类信息和要求。
3. 按照HR的要求，汇总统计并核对部门员工的考勤,办理各种保险等。
4. 部分文件、资料的打印、复印、装订和电脑归档工作。
5. 文件、资料、传真、信函、邮件、报纸、杂志的签收与分发。
6. 协调办理部门内同事出差的相关事宜。
7. 协助配合其他部门的工作。
任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历。
2. 一年以上行政工作经验， 化工或项目管理类公司工作经验最好。 （应届生也可）
3. 良好的英语沟通能力,英语6级以上。
4. 熟练使用WORD、EXCLE、POWERPOINT等办公软件。
5. 有良好的人际关系和沟通能力。
6. 做事仔细认真，专注于细节，具有较强的工作责任心和敬业意识。
