IT Help Desk and System Administrator

Links Moving is an innovative and dynamic provider of international moving services. We currently have operations in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Singapore and London, but have ambitious plans to expand in China and the region. In order to meet these growth challenges, we need to supplement our IT Department in Shanghai:

Job responsibilities:

Company server installation, debugging and maintenance.

The internal web maintenance to ensure the smooth network running, MS-AD, and other issues assigned by the company.

Responsible for IT Helpdesk; registering IT service calls and requests; monitoring the progress of IT service calls.

Provide 1st level technical support to end users primarily for desktop systems software and hardware, printer and network infrastructure support on a daily basis;

To ensure IT service requests are solved promptly and completely within reasonable time frame;

Update users on their service requests;

Managing IT inventory and documents;

Training and auditing end users based on IT policy;

General duties as directed.

Job requirements:

The successful candidate will:

1. have solid basic network knowledge; good knowledge of routing theory and protocol and TCP/IP principles .

2. be familiar with the main network equipment installation, configuration and trouble shooting. Have integrated wiring knowledge.

3. be familiar with the daily maintenance of the operation system under Windows / Linux /Unix

4. have majored in Computer or related, college or above level, CET 4, good oral English.

5. be willing to learn and work under pressure.

6. have good communication and cooperation skills; be a team player and be willing to travel if required.

工作条件：

1. 具有扎实的网络基础知识，掌握分组交换原理、路由原理和各种路由协议、TCP/IP原理等；

2. 能熟练进行主流网络设备安装、配置及故障处理，具备网络综合布线知识。

3. 熟练掌握Windows/Linux/Unix环境下的日常维护。

4. 计算机或相关专业大专(含)以上学历，英语CET-4以上,英语口语流利。

5. 求知欲望和学习能力强，能够独立承受工作压力。具有良好的沟通和协调能力，具有良好的团队合作能力，能够接受出差工作。
