· Assist on intranet information collecting and uploading work (Including related document material, IS news, PIC, articles, etc.)

· Assist on trouble-shooting

· Assist on system training for users and key users, as well as training material and technical documents writing.

· System Testing, information collection for system analysing.

· Programming based on the fundamental IT knowledge, especially in Microsoft platform and technology, such as web-based applications, , JavaScript, HTML, SQL, etc.

· Facilitate document management as part of compliance job (IS documents will be consolidated into EDM system.)
