* Provide Q-testing services during product development and mass production according to the qualification standard.

* Drive product to fully meet product quality requirement through qualification test.

* Assistant complete, maintain and continue improve lab management system and related documentation.

* Sourcing and recommending test fixture to team leader.

* Ensure the test can be delivered on time.

* Audit and review suppliers' test ability and accuracy.

* Monitor and maintain test equipment to make sure their running properly.

* Excellent language skills in spoken and writing English.

* Knowledge of quality control tools, i.e. SPC, MSA.

* Basic knowledge of reliability testing and operational experience.

* Patient and details oriented, humble and willing to learn.

* Strong sense of hand-on experience.
