Customer Service Coordinator （2人）
Job Task:
- System input and documentation handling
- Assist CSV process write up, review and translation
- Assist vendor workshop/meeting material preparation
Requirement:
- Patient, careful & good communication skill
- Prefer to have PC skills particularly on Word and Excel and Logistics Knowledge
Sales Exeuctive （1人）
Job Task:
Telephone enquiry handling, prepare quotation, system input, internal coordination across departments, real-time messenger, joint sales call regular accounts, develop simple logistic service solution. Understanding SMEBCO customers' behaviours/requirement, role of sales support to add value to productivity of ourdoor sales
Requirement:
- Excellent MS office skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Good communication and teamspirit
- Fluent in verbal Cantonese/Putonghua/English
- Good skills in read/write English, Chinese
- Basic knowledge of economics and shipping & logistics industry
