1. 英语文书翻译Translator and Validator

Translator position:

Responsibilities:

- Translates company documents (surveys, questionnaires, reports, etc.) and other materials from English to Chinese and/or from Chinese to English;
- Retranslates/rewrites documents from Chinese into English or from English into Chinese based on word meanings, sentence structure, grammar, and punctuation;
- Ensures the quality of the documents translation;
- Maintains files and the operational materials; and
- Follows up the translation flow.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English;
- Bachelor s degree in English, English Literature or related;
- At least one year related work experience;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Able to work to meet deadlines; and
- Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility.

Job Mission:

工作职责

- Responsible for each project questionnaires quality

- 负责项目每份问卷填写内容的监控

- Supervising mystery shopper's certification, suvery MP3 record and research

- 负责对每个项目隐名顾客的认证，录音和调查的监督

- Responsible for mystery shoppers survey MP3 record quality feedback to relevant department

- 负责反馈隐名顾客MP3录音质量给相关部门

- Coordinationg with who in charge of project report and revise the questionnaires

- 与负责项目报告的部门进行协调并修改问卷

- Keeping in touch with Operation Department

- 与营运部门保持及时联系
