Requirements:

1- 机械相关专业大专以上学历 College degree majored in mechanical or relavant;

2- 3年以上机械加工及工厂采购经验，应届本科生亦可 At least 3 years working experience in Machinery or material purchasing

3- 良好的沟通、协调能力 Good in communication, coordiantion ability

4- 英语良好 Good in English

Major Responsibilities:

1- 服从分管经理工作安排，根据采购计划对轴承、紧固件、销、键、阀门等实施采购；

Obey the job arrangement of the manager, be responsible for the procurement of the baering the fastener ,pins and so o n key ,valve according to the plan

2- 及时了解采购情况，加强横向联络，确保采购信息的传递与交流；

Keep abreast of the procurement, strengthening the horizontal communication in order to ensure the exchange and delivery of the procurement information

3- 了解外部市场情况，协助采购工程师降低采购成本；

understanding the external market conditions to cooperate with other purchasing engineers to reduce procurement costs

4- 协助处理外购中的不合格项目，并负责对外索赔；

To help dealing with NCR items in procurement projects and be in charge of foreign claims

5- 完成分管经理和采购经理指派的其它工作；

Completing other work designated by the manager in charge and the purchasing managers

6-及时向经理反映供应商质量情况，并按质量控制计划控制采购质量。Reflect the quality of suppliers to manager in time , and keep the purchasing quality under control according to the quality control plan
