Job Title: Usability Researcher(可用性研究员)
Work Location: Beijing
Nokia is looking for talented candidates to be our Usability Researcher. Requirement:
--Technical competency required(技术要求):
Master degree in HCI, Usability Engineering, Cognitive Psychology, Engineering Psychology, or related field
Knowledge in conducting usability tests
Knowledge and skills in analysis quantitative and qualitative data
Knowledge about UI design principles is a plus
--Other competency required(其他要求):
Being acute to details
Strong analytical and reasoning capability
Open-minded and willing to learn
Good at communicating
Passionate about user experience and having strong interests and commitment in developing in the user experience field
Fluent English for both written and oral communication
