Sales & Marketing Assistant/Translator

Working Place: Shanghai

Role Purpose:

Internship to assist the Sales & marketing department.

Job Responsibility:

1. Translation of products related documents in both way (English - Chinese) when needed;

2. Assist the Regional Sales & Marketing VP on daily work;

3. Assist Sales & Marketing department on Chinese products catalogue development;

4. Assist on Company Chinese website set up;

5. Establish and maintain files & records to control a well-organized filing system on sales & marketing documentations;

6. Others upon required.

Requirement:

1. Under post-graduate student or bachelor/master degree with major in Power system or high voltage electrical is preferred;

2. Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Chinese for both written and oral;

3. Good MS office and text composition;

4. Fast learner and able to work independently;

5. Highly efficient, timely delivery and be able to work under time pressure.
