Qualification Engineer 品质验证工程师 (应届毕业生)

职责说明（Job Description）:

l Provide Q-testing services during product development and mass production according to the qualification standard.

l Drive product to fully meet product quality requirement through qualification test.

l Assistant complete, maintain and continue improve lab management system and related documentation.

l Sourcing and recommending test fixture to team leader.

l Ensure the test can be delivered on time.

l Audit and review suppliers' test ability and accuracy.

l Monitor and maintain test equipment to make sure their running properly.

职责要求 (Job Requirement):

l Degree in Chemical / Material Science /Mechanical / Electronic Engineering.

l Excellent language skills in spoken and writing English.

l Knowledge of quality control tools, i.e. SPC, MSA.

l Basic knowledge of reliability testing and operational experience.

l Patient and details oriented, humble and willing to learn.

l Strong sense of hand-on experience.
