The HR Intern will support HR team on all HR admin works, include but not limited:

- Prepare HR documentations and monthly HR reports as required
- Set up and maintain employee personal files to ensure current and accurate
- Collect and update employee data timely and accurately
- Liaise with HR agents to assist on employment related

The ideal university student shall:

1) Be responsible and detail-oriented
2) Be good at English (both oral and written)
3) Be proficient with MS office
4) Be a good team player
