职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 负责档案、纪律、培训、部门资产等行政工作要求的落实和监督；
2、 负责部门及项目会议的组织和部门内培训的安排及协助；
3、 负责维修及小工程项目立项、登记、目录管理等文书工作及相关财务ERP流程内的操作；
4、 负责定期检查、监督维修/小工程/设施管理项目的SOP作业流程；
5、 负责定期对客户进行电话回访；
6、 负责部门报告的编制；
7、 按照部门作业流程完成行政管理和项目支持；

任职资格：

1、工程管理或管理类相关专业专科以上学历，1年以上工作经验, 优秀应届毕业生亦可

2、英语良好，CET－6，读写能力良好，口头可沟通更佳；
3、能熟练操作word/excel，ERP，AC等办公软件；
4、要求执行力强，高责任感，能承担工作压力，并主动配合团队完成工作。
