Job Description:Support Manager in daily work:-Interpretation and translation work in Chinese, English, German-Make presentations for board meeting and other department introduction for important visitors-Arrange business travel and reservationsCoordination works with Technical Department in SGAssist the visa process and hotel reservation for visitors from Headquarter and Chinese colleague4s to HeadquarterAssist the training plan / accommodation / survival orientations for internship from HeadquarterIntern-coordination works with other Dept. (Purchasing, Import & Export, Marketing & Production Dept)Technical related projects preparation and following upOther work assigned by Manager

Qualification and RequirementsBachelor degreeFluent in German (PGG-8) and English (CET-8)Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc. )Related experiences preferred
