O-Net Communications(Shenzhen) Limited, a foreign invested high-tech company, was spun off from Kaifa Technology Co. Ltd, and then founded in Oct. 2000. Being one of the earliest fiber optic components companies in the world, Kaifa has been involved in the design and manufacturing of the fiber-optic components since 1989.

Today, O-Net has become one of the largest and leading fiber optic component and module suppliers in the world.
