Job Summary:

This position is a 3 months intern starting from May 2010, will work in Human Resources department, and participate in recruiting and employee activities for Beijing R&D center.

Essential Functions:

1) Recruitment: screen resumes, schedule interview, includes phone & email to the candidate, and Outlook invitation to the hiring manger, and track interview feedback.

2) Employee activity: participate in Employee activity organization, includes idea, poster design, registration, order supplies, coordination with different parities and related paper works.

3) Assist HR manager on other HR duties.

Requirement:

1) Education: Bachelor degree.

2) Strong computer skills using MS Office. Experience with Photoshop and SharePoint preferable.

3) Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to details.

4) Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.

5) Fluency in English.
