Role Purpose 职位目标:
This opening is an HR Service-Oriented position directly and/or indirectly interfacing the employees on day-to-day basis. He/she will be accountable for reviewing the current HR policy, re-integrating with the New Transaction function, defining and designing new Transaction Process to meet the organization growth need and the routine formalities related to employees’ normal “transaction” process during their employment circle, delivering accurate and timely HR service in a fast moving, pressurized environment to meet tight and demanding deadlines.

Build up the inter-organizational communication mechanism on employee satisfaction, grievance handling for continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
1. Review and analyses the current HR Policy and Process to re-define the demarcation between New Transaction & C&B, Staffing, L&OD, etc.
2. Build up and design Telephone Inquiry System, such as Hotline and Questionnaire.
3. Build up and re-design On-Board Process for improvement, such as upgrading the Welcome Package to the successful candidate.
4. Supervise the On-Board formalities going smoothly to the successful candidates both in-city & remote area.
5. Build up, design and upgrade the inter-organization P-file System
6. Build up, design and upgrade the inter-organization staff-info System
7. Review the current employment process to design necessary improvement to guarantee that all filings are legislated and complied with the HR policy.
8. Communicate and administrate the formalities with local FESCO and/or Agencies by following the service agreement between the HR and the FESCOs.
9. Communicate with inter-HR-organizational parties, such Payroll, Finance, Admin, BU for service improvement
10. Upgrade the Internal Communication Process related to HR Transaction
11. Manage Employee Benefits Administration, such as approval on fringe benefit reimbursement, annual health check-up, vaccine inoculation and commercial insurance enrollment, etc.
12. Improve routine administration related to Compensation & Employment Circle, such as pay-slip, salary renewal notice, end-probation reminder, labor contract renewal, etc.
13. Comply with GSK Global Quality Policy (GQP) and Global Quality Guideline (GQG).
14. Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)
