Job Responsibilities: 1. Promoting sales & marketing activities with prime focus.
2. To follow and take action on the sales targets ensuring achievement and maximum returns.
3. To successfully negotiate rates internally with operational counterparts, in order to achieve competitive rates to support our aggressive targets.
4. Striving for highest professionalism and efficiency.
5. To do continuous target and to develop high profile key accounts in line with direction, as well as maintaining contact to existing accounts.
6. To communicate with overseas counterparts to enhance communication and co-operation on key targets and trade lanes.
7. To communicate goal oriented with internal operational contacts both locally and overseas to obtain competitive rates.
8. Co-ordination of both external and internal visitors.
9. Preparation of sales & marketing material to target organizations.
10.Supporting the other Sales Managers by cross selling.
11.Focusing on highest possible data quality and visibility.
12.To represent and follow the company philosophy and highest standard of business practice.
13.Responsible booking order rechecking, rate & terms confirmation with clients, clarify operation request with operator, service quality supervision, assist operator communicating with clients, A/R collecting,etc.
14.Responsible for daily sales activity, included but not limited on solution design, Quotation by mail/fax/TEL, bid, Sales call, Sales visit, negotiation, business promotion, review and sign off quotations to customers and prepare service agreements with customers etc.

Job Requirement:
* College Graduated or above
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Good command in Mandarin and English
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
* Fresh Graduated or 1 year sales experience in logistics firm
* Pro-active, supportive, efficient and self motivated
* Good Business awareness, strategic thinking and good planning
Work location: Shanghai/Ningbo/Guangzhou/Shenzhen
