职位描述
Responsibilities & Main tasks:
1) Responsible for the phone-calls picking up and transfer, welcome and organize guest visiting at reception area
2) Conduct stationery and office food purchase, and checking the expense statements for Daily Administration Operation
3) Organize the business trips and appointments such as ticket booking and hotel reservation
4) Responsible for receiving and sending for EMS, Express, Post Letter and so on
5) Provide office expense and suppliers statement monthly report
6 ) Provide administrative services

Qualifications / Requirement:
1) College degree and above, majored in English or Office Secretary is preferred
2) Team work spirit and be careful
3) This position opens to junior & senior students of universities who can guarantee 3~4 working days per week.
