Main duties and responsibilities:

Be responsible for domestic delivery arrangement and document preparation, informing Forwarders/Express company for goods picking up in time.
Send shipment advice to relevant sales and CS Department.
Generate D/N in Axapta system.
Monitor domestic routing, follow up on shipment status and arrival dates.
Domestic delivery statistics report daily updating.
Domestic insurance system daily updating.
Be responsible for domestic freight invoice & statement checking monthly.
Coordinate issues with domestic forwarders, express company.
Coordinate issues with internal departments like sales, customer service.

Required skills/experience:

College Diploma
Perfect in verbal and written Mandarin language.
Good in written English, verbal in English is preferable.
Good communication skills, verbal and written
Detailed and responsible personality, friendly, polite and careful.
Expert in MS Office software, and familiar with ERP system.
Working experience - one year or above, shipping experience is preferential.
This position report to Logistic Manager.
