Job Description:
Next Step Connections helps overseas students find internships in Shanghai and is looking for an Internship Support Administrator to assist with foreign interns during their stay in Shanghai. All potential recruits must be fluent in English. We are looking for someone that is out going and is self motivated as they will be out in the field meeting and greeting interns from all over the world. If you are interested in joining a fast growing company with a multicultural office environment, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Assist in part-time basic mandarin Chinese language teaching and interaction with foreign students

Assist in internship placement identification and build new company relationships for student placements

Assist in office administrative operations

Job Qualifications:

College degree or above with personal interest in developing oneself in international company

Fluent English in both written and spoken

Good skills in communication and a great team player

Well organized, detail oriented, client-presentable

Strong Word/Excel knowledge

Previous experience is not required, but experience in hospitality, education, basic administration is a strong plus
