Operate switchboard, answers incoming calls and take messages总机控制，接听电话，记录留言
Regularly update the internal contact list and distribute accordingly跟新内部通讯录并分发
Act as main liaison for the maintenance of IT related office equipment办公设备&IT维护
Review incoming invoices ( phones,mobile phone, wireless card, internet, express,etc.) and register it, prepare all payment requests for the office审核收到的发票（电话，移动电话，无线网卡，互联网，快递等）并记录，申请付款
