第一年的Package：Gross 1,500 - Gross 3,000, 13 months salary. (取决于综合测评结果)

Duties 岗位职责

1. Answer the phones, arrange meetings and greet guests, suppliers to the office;
2. Receive and send correspondence, such as letter, fax, express couriers etc.;
3. Supervise the correct management of documentation and files in the office;
4. Purchase stationery and office equipments and manage suppliers accordingly;
5. Manage public resources in the office;
6. Provide basic support on the booking of hotel, flights and business cars;
7. Cooperate with Internal Audit Department on the periodically checking;
8. Manage and maintain the office room and company mansion;
9. Other responsibilities related to Management Coordinator.

1. 接听电话、安排会议、接待来访客户及供应商等；
2. 收发来信、来函、传真、快递等；
3. 公司内部文件管理、存档；
4. 办公用品及设备的采购、供给及供应商管理；
5. 公司内部公共资源的管理；
6. 提供预定酒店、航班、商务车等基本支持；
7. 配合内控部门进行周期性检查；
8. 办公室及关联公司公寓的管理与维护；
9. 其他与该岗位相关的工作。

Qualifications 任职资格
1. High Initiative, aggressive and problem solving abilities;
2. Good appearance with hard working and team spirit;
3. A strong sense of serious mind and attention on the details;
4. Good skills of communication and excellent written and spoken Chinese and English is MUST;
