Intership Opportunity for Receptionist Job Purpose: Backup our receptionist on leaveWages: RMB 70 to 100 per dayDuration: 2 weeks from May 24th to June 4thLocation: 30/F Tower A Hongqiao City Center of Shanghai, 100 Zunyi Road, Shanghai

Job Summary
1. Provide professional administrative service for the internal and external customer according to the
business needs

2. Build up professional Admonition image

Job Responsibility
1. Correct answer the phone calls
2. Receive guests for the business needs
3. Responsible for the procurement and accounting of office supplies, stationery, name card and other office ne cessities
4. Working with IT Dept. to ensure all office equipment, including telephone, fax machine, print machine etc are maintained periodically and kept it good working order
5. Office facility management, such as office lease contract state update, PAR application process implement
6. Assist management for the office renovation/relocation project management and follow up

Job Requirement
1. School student major in English, Business Administration or related
2. Fluent spoken & written English and Chinese
3. Good command of Microsoft office
4. Possesses effective interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
5. Preference on at relevant experience
6. Team work sprite, good organization ability
7. Good attitude and ability to cope with frequent changes in a positive way
