1. 熟悉开关电源的基本工作原理和电源拓扑； 2. 有实际的电子产品验证测试经验，熟悉产品验证测试流程； 3. 对电源产品的技术指标有一定理解和认识； 4. 熟悉Office常用软件编写测试报告； 5. 熟悉网络分析仪，示波器，万用表，电子负载等常用仪器的使用和维护； 6. 能用阅读一般的英文技术资料，能够用英文编写验证测试报告，能口语沟通者更佳。
