Job Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for helping on PC replacement project
Support GTS engineer to daily operational tasks

Requirement:

A successful candidate will have the following experience and
characteristics:

Good understanding of Windows desktop operating systems, especially Windows
XP.
Good understanding of Microsoft Office
PC Hardware knowledge is preferred
Quick learner and strong problem analysis skills
Team player and able to operate with minimum supervision;
Strong customer service focus;
Strong personal integrity and emotional stability
