Position Title: Flash Player Intern QE

Duration and work time requirement
At least 6 months
Work at least 32 hours each week.

Summary

Adobe China Flash Player QE Team is looking for an intern who full of passion of quality, and be interested in flash technology. Coding/scripting skill is required.

Responsibilities
Work with QE engineers on defining test plans and validating both new and existing functionality.
Execute test cases for all areas of the product with a meticulous attention to detail.
Analyze results and write detailed reports that accurately isolate the problem.

Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field.
Ability to analyze, isolate and document technical issues.
Ability to achieve results within short time period with supervision or direction.
Flexibility to move between tasks.
Knowledge of one of HTML, CSS, XML, SQL and server-side scripting languages.
Must be a quick learner and have proactive and positive attitude.

01261 Quality Engineer Intern

Position Summary

Are you passionate about various Adobe products like Flash Player and other Flash technology? Are you interested in Web 2.0 interfaces and software development? Do you want to be an integral part of the team that is delivering the most widely distributed software in the world? Adobe is looking for intern as Quality Engineer to make a big impact on Adobe multiple languages products. As part of the team, you will interact with other product teams at various campuses to help release various languages version of Adobe products. In this role, you will review the software requirements from globalization perspective, help to reviewing and/or creating globalization test plan; reviewing or creating automated and manual test cases; executing test cases and certifying various languages software for shipment.

Responsibilities:
- Execute existing test cases, with a meticulous attention to detail, for all areas of the product
- Follow test process for globalization testing to ensure software quality
- Get familiar with automation testing framework and review and executing existing automated test scripts
- Create comprehensive automated and manual test cases, validating both new and legacy functionalities
- Perform research to build local end user scenarios for Adobe products
- Analyze test results and write detailed defect reports that accurately isolate issues

Desired Technical Skills:

Position Summary

Bridge Quality Engineering Intern needed for testing some black box features and some automation scripting in Bridge CS5. The candidate will be responsible for some black box testing and fewer scripting.

Specific responsibilities include:

Develop, implement and update QE test cases and test files under the instruction of a mentor
Perform black box testing and reporting/root-causing bugs
Help to analysis and reproduce end user's bug, and bug triage/providing work around
Use internal bug tracking and test case management system
Implement automation test scripts for features
Collaborate with Engineering, QE teams at US/Beijing

Knowledge & Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of software quality engineering lifecycle and concepts
