Promoter for Expo Shanghai and Office Assistant
We are currently seeking a Chinese-English speaking graduate (Or pre-graduated)
In a first phase she will be working:
- 3 days per week (Friday to Sunday) at the Shanghai World Expo in the Portuguese Pavilion introducing our brand and products,
- 2 days in our office in Shanghai (Jing An Temple).
Job Description
At Expo
o Provide information about our brand and products
o Provide information about Olive Oil (training will be provided)
o Perform other related duties as assigned
At Shanghai Office
o Translating materials
o Responsible for office daily tasks
o Monitor the marketing documents (brochures, name cards...) and ensure stock ready for marketing purposes and for distribution
o Provide insights for our marketing strategy in China
o Progressively earning responsibility in communicating with suppliers and distributors
o Report directly to Country Manager
o Perform other related duties as assigned
Working hours: 8 and ½ hours per day
10Am to 8Pm (1/2 hour for lunch)
Start: To be confirmed, between 15th of May and 1st of June 2010
Salary: To be discussed (Around 2000rmb/Month Net)
Main Requirements:
Chinese National (Shanghainese preferred)
Female
Perfect Chinese speaking
Average/good English
20 to 35 years old
After this first phase depending on the evaluation of the first 6months she might join the company on a full time basis at the Shanghai office.
