Consultant / Researcher
Responsibilities:
Closely communicate with Clients for the completion of assignment;
Integrating position's job responsibilities/job requirements and standardize relevant JD format;
Analyze and identify target companies and candidates to match clients'
requirements;
Research related industry information, approach, interview and evaluate
candidates, guarantee and continuously raise quality of consulting service process;
Provide consultation to clients;
Realize smooth introductions between multinational clients and candidates,
give professional advice to clients.
任职要求:
Bachelor degree or above;
Good English communication, fluent in speaking and writing;
High psychological sensitivity, maturity for right judgment of candidates;
Tough, creative, self-motivated, and honest personality;
Responsible, able to work under pressure;
Ability to develop new customers;
With the Certificate will be a plus.
