PARKER CHINA SALES TRAINEE PROGRAMME

Parker provides extensive learning and development resources to fresh graduates. We believe that a willingness to work hard is sometimes more important than an impressive resume. Therefore, we customized a Parker China sales internship program for recent graduates with limited experience. The 3 years training program is composed of three stages; Parker Basic Training Program, Application Engineering Training Program and Sales Engineering Training Program.

The trainings are designed to maximize each trainee s potential for future job opportunities by giving them an extensive knowledge of company structure and operations processes, as well as company values and culture. Parker will also evaluate each trainee s performance and get to know them personally. Extensive evaluations will be made to determine who is qualified for a full-time position.
