Job Description

We are looking for young and dynamic personnel to join our fast expanding organization to be part of the management team for our Xi an PCDS Plaza. There will be frequent opportunities for individuals to work directly with senior management team of the company

We provide intensive learning, challenging work assignments, coaching and mentorship

You will be assigned to various key Departments in the organization, including:

o Corporate Development Department, including corporate strategy, new store opening, M&A, investor relationship, etc.

o Retail Operations Department, including visual merchandising, interior & graphics Design, creative, operations improvement, etc.

o Brand Management and Relationship Department, including new brand recruitment, existing brand relationship management, etc.

o Marketing and Advertising Department, including ad design, PR, event management, promotion management, etc.

o Store Management Department, including store operations supervision, floor management, etc.

o Project Management Department, including construction management, cost control, etc.

In the first 6 to 12 months, depending on your skills and interests, you will be assigned to some of the departments mentioned above in our Beijing headquarter. Once qualified, you will be assigned to a management role in Xi an PCDS Plaza based on your skill set and company needs.

Job location: First 6-12 months will be in Beijing and the company will provide accommodation arrangements. After that, you will be transferred back to Xi an managing Xi an PCDS Plaza.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree or above

Passion for retail/fashion or commercial real estate industry

Good communicating and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership potential and team skills

Fluency in written and spoken English (CET 6 level)

Strong analytical skills and numeric sense

Quick to learn and positive working attitude

Strong drive and commitment to success

0-2 years of work experience
